After commencing as a Graduate with BHP in iron ore, Kevin subsequently gained professional and senior leadership experience with Alcoa (11 years), Woodside Energy (16 years) and Clough (3 years). He has complimented this with external consulting services experience involving a broader cross section of industries over the last 3 years as well as Not for Profit Board experience in the community sector over the last ten years.
As a coach Kevin draws on his organisational psychology theory and tools in combination with his significant organisational development, HR and leadership experience within organisations and his strength in the coaching leadership style to provide practical, outcome, performance and business focused coaching.
Kevin has significant experience and expertise in change management, performance culture/climate, organisational effectiveness, leadership, talent and capability development and leadership coaching. His accreditation and/or experience includes HayGroup Leadership for High Performance framework, Human Synergistics (LSi), MBTI, Kotter change process and various 360 and psychometric assessment tools.
